Due to the artisanal and food-based nature of our moon-blessed spices, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is sacred to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at support@herbnbee.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or error on our part, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@herbnbee.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@herbnbee.com.
