The moon has governed the harvest for thousands of years. Indigenous wisdom keepers, ancient herbalists and earth medicine practitioners have always known that the energy of the lunar cycle affects everything we grow, harvest and prepare.

New Moon — Plant intentions. Begin new recipes. Start fresh.
Waxing Moon — Build energy. Marinate, infuse and prepare with anticipation.

🔥 The Three Sacred Steps

Before cooking with any Herbnbee blend follow these three ceremonial steps:

1. The Offering
Hold your spice blend in both hands. Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths and set your intention for the gathering. Speak it aloud or whisper it into the blend.

2. The Clockwise Stir
Stir three times clockwise — deosil — to invite positive energy into the ingredients. This ancient practice has been used by wisdom keepers across cultures to bless food with intention.

3. The Silent Moment
As you apply the spices take one silent moment to visualize the gathering you are creating. See the faces of those you love. Infuse that love directly into the meal.
